We offer a limited 12-month warranty that covers any defects in material and workmanship for the specific length of the warranty period from the date of purchase. The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the product for a period of twelve months starting from the date this product was purchased. We will replace the product, without charge, with a current comparable item if a manufacturer defect arises. Different terms apply outside of the US and Canada. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear or injury to the goods caused by common carrier or private delivery services. Implied warranty of merchantability of fitness is limited to the term of warranty contained herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
