If your order is cancelled without request, it is likely due to the item being out of stock! In some cases, our system may mark an order as fraudulent and cancel the order. This is normally due to a VPN or issues with billing address.

Instead, the pending charge should disappear from your statement as if the charge never occurred. This means the amount is no longer being held for authorization.
